65 year old lady was evaluated at The Austin Vein Institute and reported concerns to Dr. Brennig including right leg pain with standing, increased heaviness and pain throughout the day with localized skin itching (dermatitis). She had noted enlarging varicose veins in the area of pain on her lower right leg for more than 4 years and wanted accurate diagnosis and definitive treatment of the problem as support hose had not been helpful.
She was successfully treated by Dr. Brennig at The Austin Vein Institute with endovenous ablation (EVLT), microphlebectomy, and ultrasound guided foam sclerotherapy. Time between the before photograph and after photograph was 5 months.
