43 year old gentleman presented to Dr. Brennig with complaints of leg pain increased with long-distance running, standing and prolonged sitting. He had noticed enlarging varicose veins in the area of pain x 2 years. Underwent in office treatment including endovenous laser (EVLT), microphlebectomy and ultrasound guided sclerotherapy.
